after three days of hot debate for the Somali political election for the upper house, lower house and presidential election the leaders agree unanimously the following thirteen articles
1- Somalia national leadership forum thanks the warm welcome from the people of the north west Somalia in the Badio and host of the forum.
2- SNLF will make review the commission of the implementation indirect elections
3- SNLF is again calling the formulation of deeply detailed policy for 2016-2020 elections
4- SNLF expressed the commitment for women role and participation in the political and leadership and upon agree implementation effort to increase that promise 30%
5- SNLF completed and signed the list of the traditional leaders 135 persons responsible parliamentarian election 2016
6- SNLF nominated nineteen persons committee providing consultation the role of Mogadishu Somalia capital city and Benedir region, where each federal administrations has contributed two persons and five will be nominated by the central government. The commuttee will bring back contribution on 17 July 2016
7- SNLF has agree national election budget and work plane that can facilitate the accomplishment of the election in the rights time.
8- SNLF has agree formulation of particular policy for the Somaliland parliamentarian election and nomination to the federal government parliament where add hoc committee will be assigned.
9- SNLF has agree nomination of two extra MPs for the upper house to the Benedir people
10- SNLF has passed Somalia national police formation regarding the federal government system
11- SNLF assessing national parliament form and deducted three persons from Harti Darood and one from Madaluug/Dir for additional to the Jubland administration balance
12- SNLF agree the next meeting to be held in Mogadishu the capital city of Somalia on 17-20 July 2016
