after four years in the power Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamed the incumbent president whose terms ending less one hundred days is seeking re-election for the 2016 presidential election that will not be more different than the last once he was elected MP member of the parliament with vote for cash.
Mr. Hassan has been accused of membership and support for the Damjadid moderate religious groups that he denied the membership of any religious organization or groups. which still people are accusing him membership. the two main freinds of Mr. Hassan are Mr. Abdikarim Hussein Guled and Farah Moalin the main leaders of the Damjadid who are unofficial close advisors
public opinions local and international is dived two more parts. large group who condemning him for weakness that he didn’t achieved his goal despite the huge support from the international community and local support that he has made large number of armed forces without quality and disciplines. some other small group saying he has done more than any president could in the last two decades good governance, federalism, national army, construction of public infrastructures and united policy in the country
the problems condemned
1- the conflict in the Middle Shabelle and Hiran federal administration formation
2- huge cash blunder from the national treasure
3- power abuse employment in the key position to a keen relatives persons
4- favoritism between the two rival federal state the puntland and Galmudug land
5- fostering premature federal system in the Juboland, Southwest land for future presidential election vote
6. elimination humanitarian and development investment for the IDPs inter displaced people
7. mismanagement investment and large projects agreement in a favor keen friends and relatives companies
finally the true is that Mr. Hassan is standing for a new election and he need vote from the view persons who could be lured with cash. the election will not be more different than before. the majority of the Somalis will not have role for their future political leadership where the international community is silent. the time is going there is no inclusive for all election works where political part may have a role. the three main stakeholders are silent the Government, Somali people and international community.
Mr. Hassan says, with my good things i did for the economic, infrastructures, policy, security and education i assure to come up with two more new agendas with me for emergency progress and development to somalia after the 2016 election. 4 years in the leadership i served made possible tangible development in some of the top large towns in the country. i have invented self autonomous federal states operational now.
