federal governemnt delegates led by the prime minister and the minister of interior and federalism landed in Heletweyn the capital city of Hiran. the delegates were welcome by tens persons member of the Hiran regions administration, AU forces and civilains
the delegted made dialogues with parts in the regions the clans, politician, traditional and religious leaders to make compromise for the heated misunderstanding between some leaders of the region and the federal governemnt for the formation of the Hiran and Middle Shabelle region federal administration
the people of the two regions has been divided by interests and political intervention from the central governemnt as some of the traditional leaders in the region complained several times in the media.
Mr. Omer Abdirashid has made honestly discussion among the rival parts of the policy in the region where some of them were convinced to attend the conference in Jowhar the capital of the Middle Shabelle region
