nearly 5 persons dead more 30 persons wounded after heavy bomb plast bang in the one streets of the village Bey-ooluu one of the more populated area particularity buplic shopping place where both foreign and nationals gather normal

Turkish governemnt made emergency for the dead persons and victims who most of them were Turkish including Israelis and other nationals most of them tourist in the steer. its was Germney consulate in the steer that was closed for terror alert which  the Istanbul governor and security officer unnoticed

this is the third one in  several moths where PKK has launched attacks against Turkish governemnt and people after truce between the two parts broken. Turkish has launched revenge attack against the PKK which it lost hundreds solders, and hundreds from the PKK and hundreds civilians

these attacks are blamed to the IS against Istanbul that gave that joined coalition against the IS where the air planes attacking the IS in Iraq and Syria are launched from Turkish air base in the border region.
