the sixth Somalia conference for investments and international cooperation held in Istanbul Turkey for the international community and all Somalia stakeholder from the world has participated the meeting. the largest delegation came from Somali government, civil society and traditional/religious groups
Somalia president, Turkish president and UN deputy secretary general has participated there where the international community and Somalia government made review about the progress made in the county economical, political and security.
Istanbul has offered 30 bus for the public commuters is offered there to the Somalia government with presence of the Benedir region governor and mayor.
all the conference was very contributory to the Somalia people invited politicians, merchants, youth, women and traditional leaders, unfortunately the role of the PWDs persons with disabilities was denied actively with their colleagues in the meeting. this is not the first time Somali government, civil society and some international community deliberately discriminate the Somalia PWDs and DPOs disabled people organizations access their role.
