the first conference for the Somalia parliamentarian and law maker committee meeting is held in Mogadishu on 17-20 February 2016 in Villa Hargeisa where the joint parliamentarian law maker discussed the formation of national work plane for the team and procedures.
Mr. Mohamed Osman Jawhar the speaker of the Somalia federal government parliament leading the meting said the first session has ended with understanding and other will go better. jointly the team will cooperate submission of federal parliamentarians constitutions and policies presentations and discussion in the federal state governments
this meeting was to make harmonization the different parliaments of the federals states in the country where the speakers of the federal state parliaments attended the meeting federal government speaker, Galmudug, Puntland, Northwest state and Juboland state
