Somali federal government parliament session is today having meeting to pass national policy for the Somali borders which national document for the Somali territorial integrity and unity policy. this policy is really tough that need more consultation with scholars and lawyer to make useful policy that defend the national border.
this policy can cause despite among the federal states in the countries which are now vying to gain large land from each other. Somalia people are nomadic farmers and livestock where the people had a traditional coexistence rules and cultural norms to share the natural resource.
in this session today the parliament is having read the political part policy document which has been under debate in front of the parliament. there are large number of political parts established in the country over 83 has been registered officially so far. and the government is making policy that can control the political parts
the political parts members are complaining about national policy for the political parts which some of them mention attempts to hijack the election and delay thriving political part to play role in the 2016 election in the country.
Somalia has been declared place where one man one vote election may not take place soon. and the incumbent leaders are lobbying expansion of their tenure both presidential, parliament and cabinet.
