highly organized ceremony to mark the 28 anniversary of the SAB Somali Association for the Blind in Mogadishu at Hotal Hayat participated civil society, blind people, MPs and Somali sports federal, eye clinics hospital professionals and university groups and more others.
SAB Somalia Association for Blind people is local organization established 1988 by groups of Somali blind people and volunteer for the development of the blind people lives, education and protection of their rights. the organization is now running Alnur school with 86 students and more other member supported an funded by Hormuud foundation
Mr. Abdifitah member of Alnur school and SAB Somali Association for Blind people as explained some articles about the Somali federal government national constitution that he mentioned excluded from the PWDs persons with disabilities. i would suggest the reform teams to make the Constitution inclusive for representing all people.

PWds persons with debilitates have natural talnets, attitude, integrations, commitment and interdependency.
there are schools, organization, teams and networks operational in the country that all came with vision and initiatives and the investment of the PWDs persons with disabilities, members of their families and charitable colleagues. we missed the role of the government and international community for inclusive for all and equal opportunity in the country.
