three days meeting for the Somali health care service and skills development between the WHO and member of the Somali federal government ministry of health has led agreement for the two pparts. the meeting was jointly organized by the SFG ministry of health and the WHO where the have discussed  health care improvement in the country

Somalia is one a country destroyed the public infrastructures by civil war and the relative service operating now is private hospital with expensive that more people could not afford  access and payment. WHO has been working and supporting Somalia with vaccination of diseases and distribution of TB, HIV/AIDS and occasional training kills for personnel.

Mr. Hawo Mohamed ministry of health and Dr.Ghulam Popal Rabani  WHO head Somalia signed agreement   WHO work and presence in Somalia to implement project for health care and developmental strategies.  these agreement will enable access of free service in the country where more people are dying preventable disease.

one of the WHO main works is CBR community based rehabilitation for the PWDs persons with distilleries in the world wide where who is official responsible coordination and implementation of CBO for the 15% PWDs in most communities in the world access of health care, treatments, orthopedics operation and equipment

Somali people with disabilities missed more after their physical, mental and sensory problems they missed government that can support them, free public hospital to shelter, an international agency like WHO who may support them except the ICRS Somalia with small support from Norwegian peoples aid that provides limps and physiotherapy regarding IEDP center report for PWDs www.iedsom.org
