Somalia federal government national employees for the government capacity strengthening is held in Mogadishu. the meeting is presided by the Somali deputy prime minister Mr. Mohamed Omer and the ministry of the finance the head of the Somali employees and international community member who disused the coordination efforts to enhance the education and skills of the national employees.
there has been organized works to build the capacity of the top national employees in the ministries and institution with high quality skills and knowledge that can enable the government works where there are huge tasks backlog in the some offices of the government while some others are is very weak operations
this meeting focus the skills development and quick payment for the salaries where the ministry of the finance has made online data base for the national payroll that we don’t know where it has worked or not yet.
