Mr. Mohamed Ali Dahir Somali national general attorney  told the media Somali has brought documents in the Huge court against the Kenya government for the Marine dispute issue between the two country. the attorney said we have been protecting our national resource  and will stand for the protection.

we brought the international Huge  court document deeply  detailing the false legation using Kenya government against Somalia federal government. we have proposed the case to be changed to other international  legal institution that can take a decision for the case.

we will not tire and retreat from the selfish attempts  from the Kenya government against our territorial integrity and national assets for all Somalia.

Kenya government has been lobbying to grab Somali ocean in the south west the country an area that has been part of the Somalia national territorial and resources that had no any dispute  before the collapse of the military regime.
