On Thursday 16 May 2019 in Mogadishu the Parliament\ncommittee for foreign affairs, Planning and International cooperation took\nconsultation meeting with member of the National Disability Council. The\nmeeting took place in Dorbin Hotel evening breakfast     where they have discussed the role of the\ndisabled people for the committee responsibility <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants of the meeting were six mps three male and\nthree females  led the chairpersons Mr.\nAbdullkadir Osoble and the Secretary Mr. Mohamed Fanah.  And \nfrom the PWDs Chairpersons of the NDC Ali Abdullahi Salad with eight\nmembers of the NDCs and  the chairpersons\nof the Somalia Disability Cluster<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abdullahi Hussein Osman Chairpersons of IEDP and Internal affairs\nSecretary  for the NDC said we came\nhere  two issue the we have\npriority,  the CRPWD to be passed the parliament\nand the participation of the National strategic planning  for the development work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Abdullahi Hassan Hussein Chairperson Somali Disability Cluster\nand member of the NDC thanked the committees and said we came here only for\nthree issue submission of the CRPWDs to the assembly, the participation of\nnational development and implementation of the national disability census  which is not available <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Ali Abdulahi Slad the chairperson of the NDC thanked to\nthe MP member of the committee said we are very happy to meet with you and\nshare our concerns to the work of the committee. We request to work the parliament\nto pass the CRPWD soon, the participation national development plans and the\nsupport of the PWDs for visas problems when necessary for medical and education\nmatter which we have problems mostly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opening the speak Mr. Osoble the chairperson of the parliament\ncommittee foreign and planning thanked the \nrequest that  came from PWDs  to meet with members of the Committee and\nexplained they have in hand CRPWDs which is an international  convention that they want proceed the reading\nand consultation with members of the committee and will bring back the\nparliament assembly session to pass  with\nin the next week.  Normal the committee\nhas right to work the laws for 45 days and we hope to submit as soon  as possible we can. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Mohamed Hassan Ibrahim Ganey the secretary of the committee speaking said we thanks your request and happy to work with for the issued you raised\u00a0 the submission of the CRPWDs, Participation of National Planning \u00a0ministry work and development project and the preparation of the national disability statistics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mss. Sadio member of the committee thanked  the PWDs team and we are ready to work the\nsupport and protection of the PWDs and now we come to talk the CRPWDs that is\nan international issue that concern our committee. We with your for the\ninternational and foreign relating matter to the PWDs <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closure  Mr. Abdulkadir Osoble the chairperson of the committee  thanked the PWDs for the invitation to meet with members of the committee, you are part of the people we are working and representing in the parliament. We will work with you any matter important the PWDs and DPOs foreign, Planning and international cooperation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
