The bill is in its first reading\nin front of the upper house parliament<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Wednesday 17 April 2019 parliament committee upper house\nmember read the bill&nbsp; covering the rights\nof the Somali politicians both government and legislation. This bill will give\nrights the president, prime minister, deputy prime minister, ministries, MPs\nand the speakers of the Somalia parliament<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MP responded with question for the bill nearly 6 persons\nlisted for question three&nbsp; refused to\nproceed the bill which they mentioned not convenient now the country is security\nand disaster crises. We have talk rather the rights of the national army said Senator\nAhmed Hashi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The federal government of Somalia national budget is about\n300 million that 90% goes&nbsp; to the government\n&nbsp;for salary and running cost.
