Thee meeting was to exchange idea about\u00a0the content of the national disability authority \u00a0draft bill which in front of the upper house for the first reading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The member of the committee and the PWDs persons with\ndisability agree the draft bill to be worked jointly with consultation of the disabled\npeople. The sectary of the committee Senator Ma\u2019ow and Senator Aburkar member\nof the committee thanked to the PWDs persons with disabilities and promised to\nmake the draft bill supportive for them which pave way for national disability authority\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ministry of the human rights and women development made\nnational disability authority draft bill that passed the cabinet and house\npeople which is now in the&nbsp; first reading\nfor the upper house parliament.&nbsp; If the\ndraft bill is passed after three&nbsp; reading\nit will go back to the house people and finally the president office to sign as\nnational authority. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/somalionlinemedia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/a-11-a2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4518\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/somalionlinemedia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/a-11-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4519\"\/><\/figure>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The PWDs persons with disability from the DPOs disabled people organization, activist and member of the NDC took consultation with Somalia federal parliament upper house committee for the justice and human rights in the upper house.
