the ministry of the civil engineering has presented book about public roads reconstruction policy that will be used for Somalia construction. this book will enforce building roads, bridges\u00a0 s , airports and seaport\u00a0 the public infrastructure and transpiration network in the country.<\/p>\n

there has been works of construction in the country mostly done privately by individuals or companies that most of the had not concert cement and mass. these works has been weak with out safety and sustainability for longer time use.<\/p>\n

the participants of the meeting were engineers, staff of the ministry and the ministries of some federal state administrations where present in the country for the national public works ministerial meeting level opened Mr. Salah ministry of the public works\u00a0 Somalia federal government.<\/p>\n

this book will deeply outline the requirement of building public infrastructures where the ministry will have role of supervision for any work. the book will make more precisely the needs and the requirement of buildings.<\/p>\n

the ministry is now in process of preparing building codes that will cover overall\u00a0 Somalia national policy for building and this book presented to day is part of that policy that will come soon. the ministry with cooperation the PWDs persons with disabilities and DPOs disabled people organization are trying to participate national building codes accessibility an issue that will impact the lives of the disabled people.<\/p>\n

IEDP center participating preliminary\u00a0 workshop to discuss accessibility for the building\u00a0 has proposed actively participation and tight regulations forcing owners of the public building utilization of ramps in their business and work palaces.<\/p>\n

most building in the country including national building the Parliament, presidential palace, airport and seaport are not tailored access\u00a0 for all where there are barrier against the people with disabilities.<\/p>\n
