four boats heading to Italy carrying hundreds migrating drowned after the boats is faced by wave which hit and dumped the people on board to the water\u00a0 nearly 30 persons survived in the deadly accident which happened in the hallow of Mediterranean water.<\/p>\n

the people\u00a0 started their departure from Egypt were found dead in the water after their boats hit by large waves in the deep Mediterranean water. this is not the first and the last time such large people dead in Mediterranean sea it was last year when fleets of boats with\u00a0 thousands\u00a0 persons on board dead in the water. the majority of the people\u00a0 dead in the sea were Somali nationals and few Ethiopia and Eritrea<\/p>\n

somalia is one of the countries in the world with highest number of illegal immigrants trying to reach Europe for\u00a0 better live and security. escaping from the wars in the country, but now there is additional other\u00a0 sources including unemployment and questing foreign passports where most top jobs in the country fill in by foreign and Somalis with foreign passports<\/p>\n

every year thousands persons graduate from the local and international universities who join only the ghost market of employment in the country. siting without jobs in the streets watching luxurious care of the member of the governemnt top official, foreign employees and foreign\u00a0 troops passing.<\/p>\n

young man\u00a0 with master degree said, we are very sorry with national employment policy where the top vacancies\u00a0 in the ministries are fill in by person without valid qualification and knowledge. and for the office of the international organizations the UN, foreign Embassies and Hotels are fill in by foreign national employing there under pretext of so called security priority labeled every job.<\/p>\n

i don’t surprise the mass youth migration in the country and mass death in the overseas oceans because its what our government and leaders done to the youth. the ministry of the labor has not role in the national employment and neither of minister nor public office in the country take employee with fair competition open for every professionals.<\/p>\n

i have attended ten employment competition where in some accession i reached the short listed hoping for interview that i was not invited and finally saw the vacancy is occupied by persons without valid qualifications.\u00a0 getting jobs in somalia depends on to grab fake qualification from the Abdelashidye ( forgery market) in Bakara market<\/p>\n
